Submissions for listings on our website are welcome but are subject to approval and editing by our staff before inclusion. We reserve the right to refuse to post any content we consider inappropriate or any business links we feel may attempt to abuse our service.

We attempt to maintain the accuracy of the information listed on our website but cannot verify all the information provided. Errors and inaccuracies will be corrected as we are notified of them, and we assume no responsibility for the content of the information provided to us for inclusion on this site. 1. You acknowledge that all data (including text, images, and any other data) submitted to or through the ASBN.ca website (accordingly referred to herein as either ASBN.ca, ASBN, The Automotive Service Business Network or ASBN Publications), whether this be via directory submission forms, email, comment form, inquiry to another business, business addition, modification or change request, posting of review, posting of recommendation or by any other means, will not be considered confidential or proprietary. ASBN Publications is under no obligation to keep such information confidential. ASBN Publications will have an unrestricted, irrevocable, unconditional, free right to use, communicate, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute such comments worldwide in any manner whatsoever.
2. You agree not to use ASBN services to submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
3. You agree not to include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the appropriate authorizations from the owners. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not libel or defame any third party and that you have all required rights or permissions necessary to incorporate third party material into your products.
4. You agree that under no circumstances shall ASBN be liable in any way for any content of any format or type submitted by you regarding infringements of Copyrights, Trademarks, Patents, or personal or business infringements of any kind. This responsibility lies solely with the person or persons initially submitting the content.
5. It is ASBN’s policy to respect the privacy of its members. ASBN will not monitor, edit, or disclose any personal information about you or your use of the Service, including its contents, without your prior permission unless ASBN has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

• Conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process;
• Protect and defend the rights or property of ASBN;
• Enforce the TOS; or
• Act to protect the interests of its members or others

You agree that ASBN may access your account, including its contents, as stated above or to respond to service or technical issues.

TERMINATION: Under breach of any of the above terms or any of the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy, you agree that ASBN may terminate your access to any part or all of the Service and any related service(s) at any time, with or without notice, effective immediately and any monies paid to ASBN for said services will be considered forfeited in penalty for said breaches.

The following are the terms and conditions for use of the asbn.ca member services including membership account, instant messaging, SMS messaging, member private email service, venue posting, job postings, photo uploads, press releases, discussion forum, event postings, referral emails, and or any other future service offered from time to time on the ASBN.ca website (accordingly referred to herein as either ASBN.ca, ASBN, The Automotive Service Business Network or ASBN Publications) and (each feature individually and collectively referred to as the "Service"). Please read them carefully. This Service is provided to individuals who are at least 18 years old or minors who have parental permission to open and maintain membership.
