Creating and sharing videos has never been easier. Today, anyone with a smartphone can be a producer — and with platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, and now ASBN, reaching your audience is just a click away.

But what if your video needs to reach the right audience — the Automotive Service Industry?

That’s why we created the ASBN Video Library — a curated, member-only collection focused on sharing real-world insights, solutions, tools, and tips that help professionals serve their customers better.

This is not YouTube. This is your trade library.

ASBN’s Video Library is curated by and for professionals in the automotive service industry.
Some content is public. Some is for members only.
But none of it is made for DIYers, TikTokers, or clickbait fans.

As a private network, we’re selective about what gets added. That means no clutter, no fluff — just content that matters.

Why Contribute?

As an ASBN member, you can upload your own videos or share helpful ones from public sites like YouTube. You even get your own file management system for your uploads — perfect for clearing out your folder of saved links and bookmarks while giving back to the industry.

When everyone shares their knowledge, we all grow stronger.

What Makes This Different?

We didn’t just bolt on a video player. We built a feature-rich system designed for real collaboration and learning.
Here’s what you can do:

✅ Upload videos in common formats (MP4, FLV, MOV, WEBM, etc.)
✅ Submit YouTube links directly
✅ Stream videos using RTMP or HLS
✅ Categorize your videos for easy browsing
✅ Comment, rate, and manage your uploads
✅ View pending or approved submissions in your personal dashboard

How to Upload a Video

📹 Upload from Your Computer:

1. Log into your ASBN account

2. From the main menu: The Libraries → Video Library → Add Your Video

3. Click Submit a Video

4. Choose Add New Video

5. Fill in the video title, category, source type, and upload your file

6. Optionally upload a thumbnail image

7. Click Save

8. Review your submissions under My Videos

Your submission will be reviewed and published upon approval.

▶️ Add a YouTube Video:

1. Follow steps 1–4 above

2. Choose Video Type: YouTube

3. Paste the full YouTube URL into the video field

4. Complete optional fields and click Save

5. Manage your videos via the My Videos tab

Want to Suggest a Video Without Uploading?

If you’ve found a great public video but don’t want to go through the upload steps, here’s a fast track:

1. Copy the video’s URL

2. Log into the ASBN site

3. Go to The Libraries → Video Library

4. Click the blue “Submit Your Video” button on the right side

5. Paste the link into the Your Message box

6. Enter your name and email

7. Click Send

We’ll review the video and handle the rest. It doesn’t get easier than that.
